An organizational development expert, an experienced, bilingual facilitator and a public speaker with a passion for creating innovative connections and projects, Nathalie Sabourin offers customized solutions to develop talent, stimulate engagement and streamline collective decision-making.
With her practical experience, management studies (M.Sc., HRM, HEC; Executive Marketing Program, Queen’s University) and work experience in the United States, Japan and Great Britain, Nathalie quickly pinpoints needs and rallies her clients around relevant and inspiring solutions, based on collaborative approaches (World Café, Open Space, Professional Co-Development Action Learning, Peer Coaching).
As a Strengthsfinder, MBTI and Coaching Ourselves certified coach, she trains and supports professional co-development facilitators and forms action learning groups, which become lasting change drivers within organizations.
In addition to coaching, Nathalie is often invited to teach at HEC-Montréal, ESG-UQAM and Université de Sherbrooke. She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Association québécoise du codéveloppement professionnel (AQCP) from 2012 to 2015.
In 2017, Ms. Sabourin co-published a book entitled Collaborer et agir | Mieux et autrement : guide pratique pour implanter des groupes de codéveloppement (A practical guide to establishing professional co-development action learning groups).

With more than 30 years’ experience in business development and marketing, investment management, as well as strategic partnership creation and team effectiveness in the financial industry, Ron partners with his clients to build thriving organizations, maximize team performance and unleash individual potential.

Over the past 10 years, Ron has successfully implemented mentoring programs in the financial services sector (CFA Montréal, PRMIA Montréal, CFA Québec and CAASA) to propel the leaders of tomorrow. He offers services to design and implement mentoring programs and train mentors and mentees.
His professional experience includes roles as Chief Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager at Presima Inc.; Managing Director & Portfolio Manager at Natixis Capital Partners; and Vice President, Business Development and Client Servicing at Triasima Portfolio Management and at Foyston, Gordon & Payne.
Ron is a graduate of Concordia University (EMBA) and Carleton University (BA, Economics). Ron also holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.
Expert in digital facilitation, Marie-Josée masters a large number of collaborative platforms and technological tools.
She offers training, coaching and technological support solutions to various audiences. She also teaches at UQAM in the department of Communication sociale et publique since 2018. Marie-Josée is co-author of articles and webinars bearing on remote coaching. She holds a master’s degree in communication from UQAM on the development of critical thinking through professional codevelopment. She also completed her doctoral studies in cognitive computing at UQAM.

Eve is passionate about making change work.
For more than 25 years as an organization development consultant with international firms, and as a Senior HR Manager, she has focused her practice on managing the « human or emotional » landscape. She is inspired by collaborative approaches such as World Café, Appreciative Inquiry and Open Forum Technology that foster co-creation and high engagement in complex transformation initiatives.
She is a recognized, bilingual facilitator of small or large group working sessions and team development initiatives. Since 2008, as a coach using Gallup’s StrengthsFinder, she has supported leaders and their teams to leverage their strengths and optimize performance and effectiveness.
Eve has worked closely with Sabourin Consult for 15 years.
She is a regular conference speaker, thought leader, accredited trainer and author on change management. She also assumes teaching engagements for ESG-UQÀM and University of Sherbrooke, and has certifications in Prosci’s Change management methodology, Gallup Strengthsfinders Coach, and as a CoachingOurselves partner for Henry Mintzberg’s peer group coaching modules.
