Sabourin Consult provides innovative customized solutions to mobilize talent, build effective teams and develop people.
Sabourin Consult’s logo reflects the essence of mobilization and the achievement of common goals. Based on the creativity and ingenuity of clock-making, the image represents the dynamics of units, assembled together, finding the right rhythm and creating the force required to move in one direction, further and further, with strength, together.
Each circle includes a large ring symbolizing Talent, a center representing teams collaborating together and a bright sphere illustrating engaged People working towards a common goal. The junction of the various circles symbolizes the key to success: the interrelations of expertise and disciplines, including the strengths of Sabourin Consult with its clients.

I have partnered with Nathalie and truly appreciated her communication and listening skills. She was able to quickly identify our issues and create a climate of trust with the team involved in the process. Nathalie is passionate and inspiring. She is dedicated to customer satisfaction and delivering results. Her professional competencies and personal abilities have helped our organization improve our HR practices. Sylvain Yelle, Principal Director, Société de transport de Laval (STL)
Through her energy and knowledge of leadership and engagement, Nathalie facilitates groups with positive impact. During her workshops, she thought concepts and tools that I could clearly understand and implement in a short period of time. I was able to better know myself as a leader, become a better coach and grow the performance of my team. Sébastien Wanadi, Directeur, Standard Life
